Russian vintage pocket watch
MOLNIJA
Offered here is a rare slim pocket watch MOLNIJA (Lightning) made at Cheljabinsk watch factory. The dial is signed: Molnija, Made in USSR. According to the marking on movement the manufacture date is 1954( mechanism on signed ).
The watch is in a fully working condition, recently serviced, cleaned and oiled. Keeps correct time. It had just been fully serviced by my professional watchmaker.
The movement is marked: logo of Ch Ch Z, 4-51, 15 Jewels.
Movement: 36 mm ; Case: 43 mm, thickness – 6 mm. Cal.3601.
This watch is a soviet copy of old Cortebert cal. 616. that was used by Rolex and Panerai.
