Description: is this great wind directional arrow from a weathervane or lightning rod. The metal is cast iron. It is pitted and rusted but still sturdy with no parts missing. It measures 23" long. Hole for attachment measures almost 1" in diameter. The cranberry red glass insert has been attached for a very long time. There is an 8 pt star cut into the glass. There are no cracks or chips to the glass but some discoloration to the edges due to the rust running off the metal. Both metal and glass have been exposed to the elements for a very long time. I have taken a few pics against the sun to show the beauty of this glass.
