All original, this darling stockinette cloth Philadelphia Baby doll measures 21.5 inches. Dating to circa 1900, he has an oil-painted head and lower arms and legs. Exactly as pictured, he is clean and without odor. His flaws include paint loss, wear to his body and a stitched repair to his belly area. Ready to be costumed in an antique christening gown, he was made with dark-brown eyes, light-brown eyes and a generous, dark-red kissable mouth. As he is of a nice healthy size, he displays best in real infant or child-sized furniture.
