This auction is for an Extremely Fine and Rare Antique Shell Cameo and 18k Gold
Pin or Pendant, c. 19th century.
The pin has a classical woman facing right. This wonderful pin has so many
outstanding features that I will try to include them all here.
First, the details of the cameo are just outstanding, because it is so finely carved. You can see the ringlets in the lady’s hair and the wrinkles in her gown.
The size and thickness also help to set it apart. Then the
18k gold simply by shear weight, but also by the thickness of the gold setting, help to make this such a find. The pin and frame test to at
least 18k gold. This pin has a swivel bail to be used as a pendant as well as a pin. I offer this rare Antique cameo pin with a reserve.
DIMENSIONS: 1/2″ thick x 1 5/8″ W. x 2″ H..
CONDITION: The condition is good with some slight squishing to the gold frame which has allowed the cameo to shift a tiny bit in the frame.

Buyer must:
* Pay within 7 days from close of auction
* Request return within 3 days of receipt of item and receive return authorization.
* Complete return within 30 days from date of sale.
* Demonstrate that the item was CLEARLY not as described before asking for partial refund
REFUNDS NOT GIVEN FOR:
*Items returned without receiving return authorization. These will be refused and shipped back to buyers.

For items paid for via Paypal e-checks the payment is not considered to be made until the payment clears into my Paypal account.
