purpose of providing an estimation of the vehicle’s cash value today. I inspected the vehicles exterior, interior,
chassis and engine compartment. The evaluation is based on authenticity, preservation
/ restoration, maintenance and or replacement costs.

itself. External valve mechanisms stroke away while the engine runs making
this engine a joy to watch. Everything is in excellent running condition. The

Chassis: Tires are 7.00-24 36 X 6 Tires Single front & rear. They are dry-rotted but hold air. They are mounted on Wooden Spoke Wheels
with Clincher rims. Vehicle has
Straight axles front & rear with Mechanical Brakes in the Rear only. The Gas tank is located behind the seat.
Interior: Black leather seat in open. No windshield or doors.
Exterior: 3 Acetylene Headlights are
mounted 2 on front grill area and one on vertical bracket in middle. No acetylene generator is present. An acetylene tank is mounted behind the
passenger side seat on the frame.
There is a bulb type horn without the bulb.
The wooden body
was built by the existing owner. It is
a copy of a 1919 ad photo. It has a
clear natural wood finish. The rear
doors have round windows matching the ad.
The interior has block & tackles, wrenches and a trunk to simulate
a rigging truck. PARKER’S EXPRESS
logos are painted on sides and rear.
Summary / Comments: – This vehicle was complete restored by a
previous owner as evidenced by photos taken by the restorer. Because the photos are color, it is
difficult to determine the original body style. If the photos are representative of the
original, the body would have been a wood frame with canvas side curtains,
similar to the style of the current body, just an older vintage. Photos of the photos were taken. The current owner purchased the vehicle
restored with no body. This is an
excellent restoration and has been stored indoors, and trailered to
shows. It runs well per the owner and
sales agent. It would be a # 1 vehicle
except for the lack of engine detailing.
