This auction is for a vintage or antique brass candy thermometer probably used in commercial kitchens. It measures 11" X 3" including the ring handle. The glass thermometer is intact and contains mercury. There is no maker’s mark on the brass. The thermometer has some oxidation in the metal but is in excellent working condition.
