Very rare old miner’s equipment in excellent condition circa 1932.
The magneto is marked with brass name plate as per photos “Nobel’s Exp###s Company Ltd London”.
The top of the item is marked “John Davis & Sons (Derby) Ltd Derby 15X (1932) Type Approved by Mines Dept for Single Shots 6617”.
The handle turns very smoothly with the quiet sound of gearing turning the magneto.
The item is small, standing 17 cms tall overall.
