This auction is for a NOS Harley Davidson 45 valve seat cutter set. There are 8 pieces total. I am guessing these are hard to find as I could find anything about them online anywhere. I found this while cleaning out my dads shop and I am pretty sure these are from the 40’s like most parts I am finding. 50’s at latest. There are 2 guide rods that had some rust on them, nothing heavy. I used some emery cloth to clean them up and they are in otherwise nice shape and still have preserver in the ends and in the holes drilled in them. There is an auger with a cutter attached to it and a nut to hold down the cutter. Both parts are in . The cutter had a good deal of preserver on it and the auger had a good bit in it. I wiped some off to avoid getting everything messy. There are no part numbers on either of these. My dad etched his license number on the side and bottom of the auger. The cutter looks to be 2″ in diameter. There are also 2 cutters that were sealed in masking tape. I peeled some off to make sure they were in good shape. They are in very good condition. There might be just a couple very small spots of light rust. I couldn’t get all of the tape off, so they probably need to soaked in parts cleaner. One looks to be 2″ diameter and the other 2 1/4″. There is another cutter that was not in a wrapper, just covered in preserver. I cleaned it off and it is in . It looks to be another 2 1/4″ cutter. The last cutter is in wax paper with a lot of preserver on it. It looks to be in great condition as well. It is the largest cutter and looks to be 2 1/2″ in diameter.
