Vintage Men’s Waltham 2-Tone 19 Jewel, 12S Pocket Watch.
This vintage Waltham pocket watch is 12 size (case diameter 44 mm). The case is heavy white 14K gold filled, and has the original pyramid bow and matching crown. This appears to be the original case for this movement and has amost no wear and no brass. The painted metal dial might be a refinished dial, or might be original. I can’t tell. The movement is marked adjusted temp, jeweled main wheel, and has 19 jewels. This has the scarce two tonw checkerboard damasceening pattern as you can see. Condition is nice with normal light handling marks. Note the gold center wheel. This is a nice watch made in the mid-1920s.
This watch runs and keeps reasonable time, and was cleaned and oiled recently.
