Beautiful antique hand-sewn doll blanket or coverlet. This doll blanket is wonderful, it is pieced together of many different scraps of fabrics. The fabrics used are of different colors, textures and materials which makes it so unique and interesting. The back of the blanket is done in a heavy light green wool fabric with an ivory cotton piping along outer edge. The pieced squares are done in pinks, purples, yellows, blues, greens, stripes, checks, florals, solids, plaids. Please see close up photos of the various pieces that make up this special quilt. Good condition for age, not washed. Measures 12 3/4″ by 16″.
