This early large aqua medicine bottle stands 7 1/2″ tall and is 2 9/16″ x 1 1/2″ rectangle with beveled corners. The bottle is embossed on two of the three indented panels and reads: DR. A. L. ADAMS – LIVER BALSAM. This bottle has a crude applied double ring top and rectangular iron-pontil base! This rare, blue-aqua bottle is advertised from AUBURN, NEW YORK and dates in the early 1850’s. This attractive, rare, medicine bottle, has light content stain and is in excellent privy-dug condition! Thanks!
