Hunter case Hampden, New Railway, 17 jewel, it is marked adjusted. SN# 882042, 18 size. Circa 1893. This particular model ( HC 17 jewel ) isn’t even listed in my book. It must have been a fairly short run on production. Movement looks clean, I don’t see any rust, screws are gilded. This is a very, pretty, movement. The watch is running and it has excellent motion on the balance. Case is marked Supreme, it is in very, very, good, condition. It has a couple of dark spots inside, there are no dents or dings in the case. Front and back close properly. This is a lever set watch. Dial is white porcelain, it is double sunk, no cracks or hairlines. It has a small chip right at the center of the watch. This is a very, very, nice, piece.
