You are an antique telegraph fire/burglar alarm with brass bell.My father was a Firefighter for over 40 years and received this as a gift. He told me that it was from one of the New York City Departments. It is unmarked but possibly made by Gamewell. Oak base measures approx. 9 1/2″ x 5 1/4″. Bell measures 4 1/2″ in diameter. Alarm is in very good condition overall with minor wear and very little oxidation.
