Payment must be received within 7 BUSINESS DAYS after close of auction. After 7 business days we will file a non-paying bidder alert and re-list the auction.
We accept PayPal ONLY.
Please make it very clear where you would like your item sent. Please include the website ITEM NUMBER for the item you’ve won and your EMAIL ADDRESS. Failure to do so will cause delay of shipment. Sales tax is applicable to Illinois residents only.
ALL shipping costs are
non-negotiable.
• Insurance is INCLUDED in the handling costs for ALL packages, regardless of carrier.
• We will only ship to the PayPal-REGISTERED Address included with the PayPal payment.
UPS
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APOs. No
exceptions. Please supply a PHYSICAL ADDRESS for delivery.
Shipment to Hawaii, Alaska & U.S. Territories
are subject to increased costs. Insurance is included in the shipping and
handling costs with all UPS
shipments. All
items over $250 must be
shipped via UPS including Signature Delivery Confirmation.
USPS
ALL items shipped via U.S. Postal Service are shipped via First Class, Priority or Media Mail Services, each with
Delivery Confirmation. Delivery time
is 3-10 business days. Insurance is Included with USPS shipments.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Items are very rarely damaged in shipping. However, if this does
occur, you need to keep all of
the packaging material and boxes for a shipping claim. If your item is
damaged or lost in shipping, a claim must be filed with the shipping
carrier for you to receive
compensation. The original shipping charge in
the insured amount. Only the
merchandise value can be claimed. WE DO
NOT REFUND OUT OF
POCKET FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE.
IN-STORE PICKUP
Items listed on Monster Deals 2 are available for pickup at the Normal, IL location. If you choose to stop by the store to pick up your item, please bring a
VALID ID for confirmation and your website ITEM NUMBER for the item
you’ve won. Buyer will
pay Illinois Sales Tax upon pickup.

CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to cancel any auction at any point. We
reserve the right to cancel bids of
any member with a negative feedback rating. We reserve the
right to re-list any item if
payment has not been received within the allotted amount of time.
RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted for items that are not as described and must
be made within 14 business days of receipt of the item. cost WILL NOT be refunded. If an item is damaged in shipment or arrives non-functioning, then a shipping insurance claim must be filed. We do not accept returns for Buyer’s Remorse. Applicable serial numbers will be checked prior to refund of purchase price.
