Elgin 0 size in goldfilled Hunter case/very good condition/porcelain dial/hands

For repair is this 0-size Elgin pendant watch in a gold-filled hunter case. Case has good design left but could use a thorough cleaning. Movement appears to be in good condition with porcelain dial, hands and a balance. Plates are nickel and in good condition. Does not function so sold as parts/restoration.  NO RETURNS.
