Archaic and early Turkoman Chodor torba of an excellent age and unique design and quality. The torba is in very good condition and has fine yellow silk highlights. I also suspect that a good portion of the whites are cotton but cannot be sure. It has silky aged very hugh quality wool lending it a very soft handle, like a soft towel. Also has amazing aged all natural dyes and fantastic design elements, including on the elem. The pictures do not do any justice but for some reason this piece is just difficult to present in pictures. It has striking presence in person. It is increasingly hard to see such early and rare Turkoman pieces on website and I am glad to bring those back to the attention of collectors here.
