This is a great miniature Cherokee rivercane basket . It measures 3″ wide x 2.5″ tall .
Great rust , tan and dark brown dyed weavers . Some call this a berry basket , some say seed basket . Probably from the North Carolina area .
The condition overall is very good , with one small area of loss near the rim that includes 1 piece of rim wrap and about 4 weavers .
Total area of the spot is about 5/8″ . I find no other breaks .
Great aged patina , even coloring , no faded spots . Displays great !
