I am so THRILLED to offer this beautiful C1890 Antique Victorian 10K Rose Gold & Gold Filled Etruscan Fob Locket.. the Locket has a SOLID Scrollwork at the top and has a repousse MOOSE MOTIFE on the front .He is a very special Moose and for all mums with children you need one of these in your collection..i have MANY of them

HISTORY
It is Circa 1890 by design and styling..
It is not marked for gold content but it tests as 10k 10ct gold and i am listing as gold front and back and the sides are gold filled as is the scrollwork. … . These appear in my antique catalog with the LOOM logo and MOOSE and were either solid gold or gold topped. .
DESCRIPTION and SIZINGThis beautiful Fob Locket is a nice size .. and it measures 2.5cm or 1 ” in size. It has beautiful decoration on top consisting of ScrollWork..so popular in Victorian Times.. . .
. It opens from the top at the back with a thumb tab and is hinged. and stays firmly closed
It weighs approx 8 grams which further adds to its appeal ..
The only fault I can see is a tiny little pinprick on the back.. as mothers often would let babes suck these whilst teething in Victorian times .. but apart from that it really is in BEAUTIFUL antique condition. . ….
