We welcome all International Bidders as we do charge $29.95 and ONLY ship overseas via U.S.P.S Express mail and always mark items as GIFT and are not responsible for any customs fees that might be applied upon delivery. (marking the package is gift should eliminate any customs fee)
Each winning bidder will receive a tracking number through their email from PayPal or sent to the order details page of the auction, all PayPal transactions can only be sent to the address located in your PayPal account.
Receive your item fast, once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be shipped usually within 24 hours or sooner depending upon timing of the payment.
RETURN POLICY:
If the item you receive does not meet your full expectations and you are not delighted with your investment – please note that our simple, 14-day “no hassle”, no questions asked policy is unquestionably one of the fairest available! We have built our reputation on treating customers as we wish to be treated – it is the only way! If you wish to return an item please contact us through messages and also send us the tracking number once you have posted the package. Once we have received the package please allow us 3-5 business days for our jeweler to inspect the piece and process your refund. All refunds will be given the same method as originally paid.
We are unable to accept any return once the piece has been altered in any way such as any soldering done or any diamonds that have been removed from their settings for any reason, please understand this is a standard for the jewelry industry!
