is FREE inside the USA. We use only USPS 1st class. Priority shipping is available in most cases, if requested in advance of paying, at an addition cost. Please allow up to 14 business mailing days for delivery, as postal delays have become more common with recent budget cut-backs at the USPS. Some of my items are shipped using USPS Delivery Confirmation… some are not. I use the sale price of the item, my profit margin on the item, and the # of Feedback you have, to estimate the risks involved and use Delivery Confirmation at my discretion. As of 1/16/2012, Delivery Confirmation no longer tracks packages in real time, and may not show any data until after your item is delivered (hence the term Delivery confirmation). It is no longer the same as USPS Track & Confirm, which tracks packages in real time. By purchasing an item from my website store, you are agreeing to allow the delivery time stated in this auction ad, before seeking ANY resolution or opening a dispute of any kind. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: $5.75 for USPS 1st class. Please allow up to 30 days for international shipments. Postal Customs can pull packages aside, chosen at random, for inspection, considerably delaying the arrival of your package. This is particularly common with CANADA shipments. Tracking data is not available on shipments going outside the USA.

All Returns and exchanges must be unworn (other than to try on) and in undamaged, resellable condition. Exchanges for other ring sizes or alternate items, require a postage fee of $3.00 to cover the costs of re-shipping your new item/size (No personal checks please). Defects: If you believe your item is defective, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do everything I can to ensure a replacement is sent to you in a timely manner, and that you are reimbursed for standard 1st class postage in the event your returned item is defective. My 21 day warranty does not cover excessive wear, dents, scratches, scuffs, skin allergies to base metals (Copper or Nickel), exposure to chemicals or pool acid (swimming), or abuse of the item.
