Antique Western Electric Brass Candlestick
Telephone Lamp
This beauty has been converted to an electric lamp
that is
activated to “on†when the receiver is lifted;
to “off†when the
receiver is replaced.
Heavy solid brass with nice patina.
The base is stamped
“Western Electric Company†as well as three patent dates;
two from 1904, one
from 1915.
The receiver and mouthpiece are no longer shiny
and appear to have
lost the outer luster.
Otherwise, very good condition.
The electric wiring
could be easily removed if desired.
For shipping, the harp has been removed (but
still included) for easier packing.
