Antique/Vtg Lot AQUA BLUE&SUN PURPLE Glass Mason/Canning Jar Top/Cover LIDS ONLY

~ (4) Aqua Blue and (4) Sun Purple! ~

circa late 1800s to early 1900s!

Part of a personal estate belonging to a friend’s grandmother.  I’m helping her liquidate FOUR HUGE storage units full of vintage treasures – so keep watching as you never know what we’ll find next!  Here we have a UNIQUE and RARE find!!  Four each aqua blue and sun purple glass mason/canning jar lids!  You will receive all that are shown in the photos. Sold AS-IS taken right from storage where they’ve been tucked away the past several decades!  Please feel free to ask questions as I am not a collector – just a friend helping out a friend.  Thanks!  :o)

2 7/8″ diameter aqua embossed with Patd Jan. 5, 75 and Apr. 25, 82 and Reisd June 5, 77 (few tiny fleabites)

2 7/8″ aqua embossed in the center HERO Pat. Feb. 27.94 with Maltese/Iron Cross design (small nicks and fleabites along rim and has that iridescent coloration)

2 7/8″ aqua embossed Patented May 25 1886 (one nick and a few tiny fleabites on rim)

3 1/8″ aqua bale style – unmarked (minor fleabites)

2 1/2″ sun purple – ‘domed’ glass with a magnifying effect set in zinc? – metal is damaged/bent and glass is dirty with minor scuff/scratches

2 3/8″ dark sun purple embossed 53 M and Patd Sept 20th 1898 on the bottom and 63 M under the top layer of glass (1/2″ chip on rim)

2 7/8″ sun purple embossed 75 M-M (few small fleabites)

2 7/8″ sun purple embossed Pat. Aug. 22.05 (few small fleabites)

FAST SHIPPING!  I know when I buy something I want it as quickly as possible, so I assume you do, too!  Therefore, FAST shipping is a TOP PRIORITY!  Upon receiving your cleared payment your item is carefully packaged up and shipped out within 48 hours.  If for some reason there is a delay, I will email you.  A DAILY run to the post office is made every M-F (usually in the mornings so payments received after 6pm are treated as next day sales).  Since our PO is closed on the weekends, items paid for on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped out the following Monday.

Combined S/H Discounts: On MOST items (excluding free shipping – which is free! Or unless otherwise noted under the ‘shipping and payments’ tab) I follow the standard practice of adding $1 for each additional item purchased based on the highest s/h charge shown. If the total weight of the items bumps the package into the next USPS weight tier, then I use that cost+handling+$1 for each item. I am ALWAYS happy to provide a quote prior to your purchase, too!
