You are a very nice antique sterling silver serving spoon with the maker initials B S & F (for Black, Starr & Frost). There is also a Letter D for Durgin who operated between 1880 and 1905 and acquired the B S & F business. So, I cannot provide other than an approximate time period for this piece of circa 1900 and possibly as early as 1880. This is a short handled spoon with ornate decoration. It is uncleaned or polished but could be polished by the purchaser. I note no condition problems other than age patina and indications of light use. It is otherwise in .
