This auction is for an antique vintage 1911 Nebraska hunting and fishing license. This license is on a paper card and measures approx. 4″ x 3″. The official Dawson County, Nebraska seal is embossed into the paper. The licensee is  H. B. Taylor of Farnam. License was purchased on May 18, 1911 for the cost of $1.00. Back side has a physical description of Mr. Taylor. NOTE: License is enlarged here to show detail.
Please review the scans carefully. Card corners are bumped and slightly rounded. Surfaces have light overall discoloration from age. There is a flattened horizontal crease across the middle of the card, a strip of slightly darker discoloration across the bottom back edge and a few shallow indents on the surface. Front surface has a small black dot at the top left corner and a small lightly discolored rectangle patch on the lower right. Note that there is a perforated edge across the top. I’m not sure if something was detached from that edge. License is being sold “as-is”: as shown and described here. NO weird or musty odors.
