Antique sterling silver Combination Dip (Nib) Pen and Mechanical Pencil

and British Hallmarks identifying Birmingham, England, SS content, and registry year c.1899
This pen/ pencil combination is in excellent working order..Both the pen nid side and opposite pencil side retract properly by use of slide rings.
Pencil and Pen can be extended out simultaneously, or individually..depending on user’s preference.
Measurements: (3 and 5/8 ” length when both sides are retracted.).and..(4 and 1/4 ” with pencil side and pen nib holder extended). I am also leaving in pen nib which came with pen.
In photos..the lighter color ring marks are from position of rings, where area stays cleaner than exposed portions. Hence darker areas are in need of a cleaning.
