Offered here with NO RESERVE, is an ANTIQUE SCOTTISH BAGPIPE CHANTER with BOVINE BONE SOLE! Maker’s name is stamped in wood, P. HENDERSON, GLASGOW, see close ups. To the best of my knowledge, it was made over 100 years ago. Pictures show condition well, as GOOD, with heaps of appeal! There characteristic age related cracks in the bone, and and in wood at top end of chanter, see close ups. It measures 14 1/4 inches long.
