Offered here with NO RESERVE, is an ANTIQUE "PHIL MERCO" UMPIRE’S WHISTLE for SOCCER, FOOTBALL that was NICKEL PLATED and made in GERMANY! It has wear from many years of use adding to it’s character, the nickel plating is worn through to brass in areas, see pictures. To the best of my knowledge, it was made over 70 years ago. Pictures show condition well, as GOOD, with heaps of appeal! There are NO chips, cracks or repairs. It measures 3 1/4 inches long.
