This is an antique perfume bottle that I purchased at an auction of an antique dealer who was selling off his stock. I left his tag with an outrageous price ($150.) so perhaps it is of some value. It stands 6 1/4″ tall and is made of embossed glass with angels and flowers on the bottom and matching flowers on the stopper. I could not find any nicks until I looked carefully on the bottom and found a small internal “u shaped” crack that does not show through on the bottom (perhaps it was made when the bottle was formed?) and a tiny flea bite on the bottom rim – neither of these defects are noticeable – I had to look hard to find them. The bottom of the stopper has been snapped off. (please look at picture #4) It is faintly marked “JAPAN” on the bottom. If you are a collector of perfume bottles, this is the bottle to add to your collection. It is lovely. Any questions, please email. Thanks!
