This is an antique motion lamp. It is embossed on the cast iron base, Scene In Action Corp. Chicago with the pattern number 838802 (see photos). The top and motion cylinder are missing. The paper scene which covers the thick glass cylinder is about complete with just a few spots missing (see photos). There are several chips on the inside top and bottom rim which can not be seen when cylinder is in place. The wiring is in good condition and does not need changing. The original mazda 20 watt bulb still lights. It is 7″ high to the top of the glass cylinder and cylinder is 4″ in dia.
