is a vintage Miller slag glass lamp base. It will need a new cord and there is oxidation to the base. Measures 13″ tall, 7″ wide at the base. Looks like it would take around a 13″ wide shade. Stamped on the bottom is: ML CO 230. Winning bidders must have NO p.o. box address so I can UPS ship.
