US National Guard, Mexican Border Service Medal, dated 1916. Has bar pin attached at the top that reads “Border Service 1916. The front bottom portion has eagle in center with Unites States National Guard around the edge. Back is hallmarked “A. Killean, 32 R.E.G.T., M.N.G., Grand Haven, Mich. Not sure if it is brass or bronze. Original patina.
