Victorian Era Boot Jack is highly desirable as a collectable and in great
condition. There are no signs of iron distress
or rusting. Besides being a highly collectable, it still is very useful for
pulling off any high boot where a bit of extra help would be nice. You stand on
the flat base and hook the heel of your other boot in the horns of the scorpion
and slide the boot easily off your foot. The Jack measures 10¾”
long and is 5” across the horns. It is not light metal and weighs close to 2
pounds.

*** SHIPPING INFORMATION ***
Packages weighing in excess of 50 pounds will be shipped Parcel
Post, UPS or Fed-X for those items. Items weighing over 70 pounds will be
shipped UPS or Fed-X as USPS does not handle items over that weight. Our normal
shipping days are on Tuesday and Fridays.
We attempt to ship out on the following day after payment is received or cleared. We offer a 25% shipping discount for multiple items won that will fit into one
package. To receive the discount please wait to receive you invoice which we
will adjust. We do ship internationally and the rates are adjusted to meet the
additional costs. Fragile items that require specialized packaging may be
charged additional packaging costs.
*** BUYERS BEWARE & TAKE NOTICE! ***
All of
our items are original unless otherwise stated. They have not been restored or
changed and are presented as we obtained them. If restoration or parts
replacement has been necessary to preserve the item, we will so state. Items
are sold as stated in the description and as seen in the photographs, not as
you anticipate or imagine. We encourage all of our buyers to completely read
the description; look at all of the photographs and email us
before bidding. If our description does not fully disclose any damage or
imperfection we will refund your expenditure but return postage
in our refunds.
***RETURNS***
All items may be returned if the buyer is
unsatisfied or the item is not as described. Please notify New England Heritage
before taking any corrective action through Complaints. We will do all
that is reasonable to please our customers and any item returned will be
eligible for a full refund of the original purchase price. Notify New England
Heritage within 14 days if you intend to return an item. Postage for returns is
the buyer’s expense.

Being
located in the Green Mountain State of Vermont, New England Heritage
appreciates the need to protect our natural resources. We strive to do this by
using recyclable products wherever possible. We recycle paper shopping bags as
package wrappings, shredded paper as packing, and recycled shipping boxes,
environmental friendly tape and postage materials. We would appreciate it if

*** PAYMENTS ***
Our
preferred payment method is through PayPal. All other forms of payment must be
approved before the item will be shipped. Winning bids are to be paid within 5
days of the auction closing. Failure to pay for an item will result in report
to and loss of bidding privileges in future on New England Heritage
auctions. Please email us regarding payment or with the
auction item.
***VERMONT SALES TAX***
Buyers
living in Vermont or picking up an item in Vermont are obligated to pay the state
sales tax of an additional 6%. This charge will automatically be added to your
invoice.
