REFUNDS AND RETURNS
In accordance with PayPal and policies
refunds can only be given if you believe
that the item is “significantly not as describedâ€, damaged or faulty. I will
only refund the purchase price upon receipt of the returned item and must be
informed by e-mail within 72 hours of receipt and returned within 7 days at
buyer’s expense.
Items must be posted back
via registered post same as received fully insured. To qualify for a
refund item must be received in same condition with its box, package,
undamaged, unaltered and unworn.
NO PARTIAL REFUNDS
I never issue partial refunds. Only full refunds can be given
in cases covered by and PayPal policy (see
REFUNDS AND RETURNS section above).
CONDITION OF ANTIQUE ITEMS
Please note, the item is in a
good antique condition (unless stated), however
it is old it may show signs of age. This is a part of its character and
is not a fault, it is a feature.
All dimensions/measurements are
approximate unless stated. if you require precise
measurements/dimensions of any items/gemstones.
DELIVERY
I usually post the items within
3 business days from the receipt of the payment. International buyers: please
note that I am UK-based and it may take some time for the item to reach you. I
cannot be responsible for delivery times by the various postal services around
the world.
Proof of postage receipts are
always obtained and all items will be sent by
registered mail only. You must sign for the item upon receipt.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COST
I can combine postage for up to 5 items upon
request. I do not offer cheaper potage options and primarily cater for
customers that require a high level of presentation, safety and service that
compliments all the goods I sell. My postage charges are set to cover the cost of labour, packaging
materials, time and overheads associated with packing, insuring and posting the
item.
