is a 1952 Hallicrafters antique tube radio model TW-500 “World Wide” in a portable wood cabinet with dark green leatherette upholstery.This is a 5 tube AM/LW/SW radio with telescopic antenna and two rotary controls for on/offvolume, band switch and tuning. Radio was recapped, chassis cleaned and controls lubricated. All tubes were tested and replaced as needed. Reception is good with plenty of volume. SW picks up late at night.Cabinet was cleaned and treated with leather lotion. Upholstery is in good condition with few minor dings and scuffs. Slide rule dial scale is very clear. All original knobs are present and operate properly Paper stickers and back cover are present. Top handle is present and intact.
