is this antique coffee mill made by Enterprise Mfg. Co.. The good news: It’s cute as a button and nearly 100% complete. The bad news: It appears to have been painted at some point along the way but based upon the patina, it was done a very long time ago it. It is missing 1/2 of the gear mechanism so if you want to grind your coffee with this mill, you’ll have to track down a replacement. The finial is missing, and the handle is split but still very much in one piece. The facts: It measures 12″ high, 14″ if you add the base. The wheels are 8.75″ in diameter. It has a patent date of July, 12 1898 stamped on the gear. It could use a good cleaning, or not. A fun piece to decorate your primitive kitchen!
