Antique Golf Club Hat Pin
we have a gorgeous collectible antique golf club hat pin. Beginning around 1905 woman were preoccupied with sports & associated activities. Sporting accessories such as hat pins like these were made. The bottom of the hat pin’s head is embossed on the bottom with a golfer swinging a golf club with a club house in the background & the head is also a rattle. The pin measures approximately 8 1/2″ in total length (club end measures 2″ (5.1cm) in length). It weighs .229oz (6.5 grams). The pin is engraved “Sterling Top”. The top of this pin is sterling silver & the pin I believe is steel.
This is authentic, not a reproduction. The club end has a small dent in it. It is in otherwise very good condition for it’s age. This would make an excellent addition to a hatpin or golf enthusiast’s collection!

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Buyers that do not have a PayPal account can pay with a credit card. A secure credit card payment option will appear for buyers when detects that the buyer does not have a PayPal account at checkout. Buyers that cannot remember how to log in to PayPal can also use this method. Payment is due within 3 days after an auction has ended unless the buyer contacts us with other payment arrangements prior to bidding/purchasing. If the buyer does not contact us & payment is not received by day 4, ‘s unpaid item assistant will turn on automatically.
It is our goal to ship out items as quickly as possible. We take extra care when packaging our items & often use recycled materials. Items are usually shipped out within 24hrs after payment has been received. Purchases made on Monday thru Thursday are often shipped out the same day. Items that are paid via an Echeck through PayPal will not be shipped until the payment has cleared the bank. It usually takes PayPal 4-5 business days to process an Echeck. Items that require a special trip to the carrier’s office may delay shipment up to 48hrs. International purchases: The buyer is responsible for any customs fees/taxes imposed by their home country.
We will accept returns (not after 30 days). The buyer is to pay the return shipping. We do our best to be as straight forward as possible when describing items in our listings so that the buyer is aware of what they are purchasing. Once an item has been returned in the same condition it was when we mailed it, the buyer will be refunded the auction amount. In the event that we grossly misrepresent an item in a listing, a full refund will be given once the item has been returned. Items that are fragile or of high value will be insured in case of loss or damage in shipment.
