Antique Cotton Tablecloth Lavish Drawn Threadwork & Needl Lace
I am delighted to offer for auction this antique cotton tablecloth beautifully presented with a lavish profusion of exquisite hand worked drawn and pulled thread work ~ the standard of the needlework is exceptionally high with intricate borders and corner panels with needle lace formations and fillings ~ a fine example demonstrating superb detail and skill ~ it measures 33″ x 32″ inches and is in fair used condition with some holes/breaks and blemishes but even with this age and use related wear it is still a lovely cloth that will enhance the essence of period charm in your home.
