This is an old breach seater for a 32-40 target rifle that was used to seat the bullet ahead of the case that held only the charge. Its not in the best of condition and what looks like rust and pitting IS rust and pitting. I’ll wrap this carefully in bubblewrap and mail in a large padded envelope for only $3
