Here we have a 19th century blacksmith’s antique divided wooden tool carrier or nail tray ….. with a hand carved heart shaped handle ….. weathered red paint …. lots of hand forged square nails ….. the sides are canted ….. circa 1860 to 1890 ….. a blacksmith would have used this tray to carry his tools or nails in, when visiting farms to shoe horses …… it is 19 inches long by 12 inches wide …. the ends are 6 inches tall ….. 9 1/2 inches tall to the top of the handle ….. it is divided into two equal sized trays ….. would accent any room in the home or shop ….. see plenty of detailed photos ….. was picked up at an estate sale in Lancaster County, PA. ….. if you have , please ask ….. shipping in U.S. ONLY …… thanks for your interest ….. insurance is included in shipping costs ….. there is no reserve
