Fresh out of a local area estate, we are able to offer this original 1934 ~ INGERSOL, THREE LITTLE PIGS & THE BIG BAD WOLF ” ANIMATED” POCKET WATCH WITH ITS ORIGINAL BOX~ The watch measures approx. 2 1/8 inches across ” not counting the stem”. The box ONLY measures approx. 4 3/4 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches tall by about 1 inch thich ” in the closed position”. We are selling the watch and box in as found condition. The pocket watch has a missing crystal , the hour hand is missing and it is wound tight and not running. I will have to say that the over all condition of this watch is actually amazingly pristine! I don’t believe it saw much use at all!. The chrome and dial are in near as mint factory condition as you could hope for. It appears that the watch was played with once or twice, and when the crystal was broken it was put away ” by an unhappy parent” in a drawer until now. The box shows some expected wear but the graphics are very nice and bright. This very hard to find Three Little Pigs Ingersol Pocket Watch would make a great addition to any collection.
