1898 Waltham 7 Jewel Silver Tone Pocket Watch K
This auction is for a wonderful antique pocket watch. The serial # 8156730 makes us think the watch was made approx 1898. This watch movement is approx 52 MM in diameter, with a 13 Jewel Movement and weighs a total of 156.7 GRAMS. Keep in mind this watch is vintage. The CRYSTAL is intact. The DIAL has a few chips and cracks. The second hand is missing. Pocket watch movement WAS working at the time of this listing, though it has not been inspected closely or tested for accuracy and may require a cleaning or repair to maintain working order. The outside case is Plain. Case is worn and scratched along with all opening sites. Still a wonderful example from this era. A number of high resolution pictures and scans have been provided.
