Hello-I am offering you this at no reserve. It is antique and in very good condition. It is marked 14K on the chain and on the Pendant/Brooch. It is Finely Carved Shell and it has a genuine clear diamond. The Pendant measures 2.5″ long and about 2″ wide. The chain is 20″ long and alone it is 3.7 grams. The Cameo alone is 25.1 grams. It is both a necklace or a brooch. It is at least 100 years old. It is the mother of all other cameo’s.
