Design dates circa 1940 traditional lace curtain/panel …Art deco period design Made in a victorian lace mill,by the manufaturer of Laura Ashley lace panels,many years ago, and have lain undisturbed in the stock room wrapped up in brown paper until recently as the mill was demolished to make way for a new housing developement. This beautiful VINTAGE lace panel is elaborately decoratedin true rustic vintage style.Made on the original Victorian Nottingham Lace Machines
The panel has scalloped edges to the sides
The bottom and the top edge is simply hemmed finished it will need turning to make a rod pocket channel through which you slot the curtain wire or rod etc…

These marks do in my experience come out with a good soak and a couple of launderings.A pure cotton panel
