Today I have an Antique Ansonia Cast Iron Open Escapement mantel clock offered for parts or repair. The clock has a broken chime spring the time spring is wound tight, The key and pendulum is missing. I put a test pendulum in and the clock wouldnt run. The procelain dial is in Wonderful condition, I dont see any cracks or chips it has aged nicley. The beveled edge glass and bezel is also in wonderful condition. Overall the clock is all original and if the chime spring was replaced you would have a wonderful clock from the 1800’s.
Clock size: 11 inches tall by 14 inches wide at the base by 6 inches deep.
