Published in c.1888, it is in GOOD CONDITION! for its age and especially to be 124 YEARS OLD!!! ALL PAGES ARE PRESENT!!! and tightly bound. The exterior cosmetic cover shows wear to the cloth at the boards and spine. Shelf wear is apparent. The interior, however, offers nicely intact hinges with firm binding of contents. There is tone to the pages and evidence of a severely faded stain that bleeds at the outer tips of the margin area, unaffecting the clean, neat, unmarked text block. Although mild, it is disclosed for your reference. This book measures approximately 4 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ and is complete with all 192 pages.
