This auction is for a rare antique Corkscrew wine bottle opener. It is brass and I was told that it
is from 1890 or earlier. I am NOT an expert on this. I have had this opener for 25 years and bought it from
an old estate sale at that time. You must be the judge on the age of this. I was told it is from Europe – possibly France.
Again, not sure, just letting you know what I was told about it.
It is in great shape for its age. It has the following words on BOTH sides of the corkscrew – directly under
the dog on top: ALSATIAN WOLF DOG. Fully functional.
