Payment of items shall be received within (10) days of close of auction unless prior arrangements are made. Please give ample time for checks to clear before picking up. PA residents and those picking up are subject to State sales tax of 6%. If you have tax ID number, you must have that with upon pickup. We get alot of questions on the condition of the items that we offer. We stock a 30,000 square foot facility filled with furniture and we only pick out a few items each week that are ready to use. If for some reason there is something wrong with an item, we would list that in the description for the item. We would only list items that we would consider using in our own homes. Most items are used but well cared for over the years with only signs of normal use. If they are Brand New items we will list them as New or Reproductions. We offer returns on any item. At the time of delivery you must tell the shipper you want to return the item.
