Darling and unusual Cat Scrap dating from about 1890.
This scrap is titled “Puss in Boots” ~ quite a play on words. It is by a Jewish manufacturer by the initials “MP.” I’m not 100% sure who this is.
The scrap measures nearly 7″ x 4″ and has some minor loss to the paper lithography, as shown.
Adorable piece, I love the look of framed antique scraps. They add a touch of whimsy and nostalgia to any room.
