steel case, new custom made, movable lugs, build specialy for
this wonderful PATEK PHILIPPE & Cie GENEVA movement,
modern design of case. Two glasses in front of and at the back.
DIAL: original, genuine porceain white dial in super condition with black roman hours numerals , signed PATEK PHILIPPE & Cie GENEVA SWITZERLAND, small second dial at 6 hour, navy blue hands !!! Wonderful dial !!!
