RARE & BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE GERMAN BISQUE 20″ SHOULDER & SOCKET HEAD DOLL WITH INCISED MARKS ATTRIBUTED TO KESTNER , 19th century

this is an absolutely GORGEOUS antique doll which we feel is by the german firm KESTNER , dating to circa 1880s. In ALL ORIGINAL & UNTOUCHED CONDITION:
HEAD: beautifully painted & modelled bisque socket head on separate painted bisque shoulder. she has an extremely beautiful face: closed mouth, blue paperweight glass sleeping eyes. the bisque head appears to be in EXCELLENT condition, NO damage or repairs, NO chips, NO cracks, NO major wear. The bisque shoulder appears to be mint and is wrapped in original protection gauze which we wouldn’t dare remove. the wig is glued on and we may remove it for protection of the eyes when shipped. head is MARKED incised at the very top of the head near the edge on back: H 10 G (or K 10 G ) ? (we will add pictures of this mark). the quality of the bisque is absolutely THE BEST.
WIG: appears to be original wig with OLD dried glue around the perimeter, the wig shows excessive wear, loss & dishevelment
BODY: jointed kid leather in white, the arms are attached under the shoulder head; the forearms & hands are painted bisque. the feet have stitched toes to the white kid leather. the body appears to be in overall good condition, expected wear & age soiling, but good throughout. one bisque hand has a flake to the fingers and the other hand has tiny wear to the fingers.
CLOTHING: dress appears to be original, hand-sewn, original buttons. Undergarments, pantaloons also original. some wear & soiliong to clothes as expected. No shoes.
